The Fees Account

The Crest Rock Finance Fees Account is an internal platform wallet — entirely separate from all client funds — that receives fee payments when they are due.
When a fee event occurs on your account, a debit transaction is created on your side and an equal credit is applied to the Fees Account. Both entries are recorded in the immutable audit ledger.
This architecture ensures that fees are treated with the same rigour as any other financial transaction on the platform: typed, referenced, timestamped, and irrevocable.

Management Fee

Charged quarterly as a percentage of your fund NAV. Applied automatically — visible as a line item in your transaction history.
Tranche Administration Fee
Gold Mining Tranche
The published fixed return on tranche products is net of all administration costs. No separate fee line is charged.
Structured Note Issuance Fee
Gold Performance Notes
Embedded in the note pricing at issuance. Fully disclosed in the product term sheet before commitment.
Loan Origination Fee
All Loan Products
Charged at drawdown as a percentage of the approved loan amount. Disclosed in your loan offer document.
Transaction Processing Fee
Deposits & Withdrawals
Crest Rock Finance does not charge fees for deposits or standard withdrawals. Partner bank processing charges may apply separately.
Early Repayment Fee
Development & Bridging Loans
Applicable only to specific loan products as stated in your individual loan agreement. Personal Finance products carry no early repayment charge.

Fee disclosed at point of commitment
Before you invest or accept a loan offer, all applicable fees are shown explicitly in the product terms and your pre-contractual information.
Fee applied to your ledger
When a fee event occurs (e.g. quarterly management fee), a debit transaction is created in your ledger, referencing the specific fee type and calculation basis.
Credited to the Fees Account
The fee amount is credited to the Crest Rock Finance Fees Account — our internal platform wallet. This is a separate, ring-fenced account from client funds.

Every fee transaction appears in your transaction history with type, amount, date, and reference. Nothing is hidden or aggregated away from your view.
